I have been offered a job in china that will take me away form my 3 children for 6 years. Should I take it? | |
After 11 years of marriage I divorced in 2003. I am remarried and working in China. I was only suppose to be here for one year, but after the year, I have been offered a 6 year contract and it is the perfect job. My wife wants to stay in China for the 6 years but it means that I will only see my 3 young children (girl 11, boy 7, girl 5) from my first marriage for 4 weeks a year. This is a very difficult decision to make and I want your feedback. Please give serious answers. Thank you.

1You have a new life now, and a new wife. You have to support not only yourself and your new life, but your old life as well. If this job will financially be a good thing for you, and if you and your wife, are enjoying being in china, and think you will enjoy it for the next 6 years, then BY ALL MEANS STAY~!!!!! Divorce shouldn't be a factor in living the rest of your life. ENJOY your life you only live once...{at least this time around} and if you love your wife and your job, there is no reason not to stay. If you still get to see them a month out of the year, for 6 years, that's still good. Not like you won't be seeing them at all. I say GO FOR IT~! And have a GREAT TIME~ And KEEP WIFE HAPPY~ :D
